About my Vulcan 900 Classic LT

Purchased new in the crate just 2.5 months ago.  Absolutely love this ride   So far, I've debaffled the pipes and added a Cobra Light Bar, Cobra HiWay Bars, Kawasaki Gel Seat and have plans for a new "Big Sucker" intake and Cobra Fi2000R processor.  Lots of other "extras" left over for in the future..

I too own a 2007 Vulcan 900 Classic LT....this is a "small" bike that gets "big" looks and appears to be much bigger than it is (got to be that huge gas tank that does it!).

So, I'm curious about two changes you've made (I've kept my "stock" for the year that I've owned it):

1)  How do you like the gel seat as compared to the rather uncomfortable stock seat?
2)  What, if any, performance gain did you get from removal of the baffles?

Nice ride and lots of "bang for the buck"!

Enjoy!
