I like my v-star drove it from Fresno to Reno rode steady and ready all the way and back. I would recommend this bike to anyone  I have owned a honda vt1100 and a old school harley and my v-star kick but the altitude change did not slow her down she rode like a sport bike.I got great comments from lots of harley owners. I own the touring model and reinstalled the wind deflector and saddle bags for the ride I have over 3000 long miles and I have not had a lick of trouble I rode it like I stole it and she ran like the devil was after us. love this bike my only problem is not enough after market parts.
