About my VRSCD Night Rod

This VROD has a unique prototype “RAM AIR intakes” that I created that acts as external velocity stacks to increase airflow to the bikes air box (internal one has been removed).  Besides using a K&N Oil and Air filter, the ECM is being modified using a Arlen Ness fuel pack (gas mileage is not good at all,  but the rush of riding this Harley is). You can hear the air getting sucked into the tubes in the air box when you accelerate hard, so I had to build in screens in the tubes to keep the birds out (just like a fighter jet)...ha ha

Other unique features of this Harley include the pipes looking stock, but have been performance tuned ( and are pretty loud too).  The ram air system added a couple of extra horsepower to the overall performance of the bike, and she will do the quarter mile in around 11.5 seconds and 0-60 MPH in less than 3....I have also added  lots of chrome to the this black beauty with it color changing flames that are painted into the Tuxedo midnight black pearlescent paint. I also must add that I needed a LOUD sound system to override the sound of the pipes at times on the highway, so I added 100 watt sound system that is powered by my Apple 3G iPhone... and if the phone rings , It mutes the sound system and have it paired with a Bluetooth headset built into the helmet.

Another cool feature (besides the Skull Horn that lights up with Red LED eyes) is a backup camera video monitor (which is always on) to see who is behind me at all times (as those skull mirrors are pretty small with a few blind spots).  All the back taillights and signal lights are also LED with additional side signal lights in the shape of skulls with “yellow” eyes that blink when the turn signals are on. ...

Overall, I think I built a pretty neat high tech VROD over the last couple of years (it gets lots of attention on the street)
